ACROMIOPLASTY

The physiotherapy protocol for acromioplasty is a progressive rehab program in which all 3 phases of exercises are introduced over 14 days.

CAPSULAR RELEASE

The physiotherapy protocol for capsular release is a rapid aggressive rehab program that consists of an accelerated progression through all 3 phases of exercises over 7 days.

STABILISATION (INCLUDING MDI)

The physiotherapy protocol for arthroscopic shoulder stabilisation consists of progression through 3 phases of exercises over 4 – 6 months after surgery.

TOTAL SHOULDER REPLACEMENT

The physiotherapy protocol for shoulder replacement, including reverse total shoulder, consists of progression through 3 phases of exercises over 4 – 6 months after surgery.

IMPINGEMENT REHABILITATION

The non operative treatment of impingement is a subacromial corticosteroid injection followed by a specialized rehabilitation program of exercises that aims at strengthening the rotator cuff tendons.

The physiotherapy protocol for acromioplasty is a progressive rehab program in which all 3 phases of exercises are introduced over 14 days.

TENNIS ELBOW

The physiotherapy protocol for tennis elbow consists of an active range of motion exercises from 2 weeks – 3 months after surgery.
